Why pre-order my pin?
By pre-ordering a pin from us, you help ensure that the pin actually becomes a reality. Most of the time, pin makers rely on pre-orders to bring their design to life, because production costs can get very pricey to pay out of pocket. By pre-ordering, you also guarantee yourself a standard grade pin at a discounted price.
How long will it take to receive my pre-order pin?
It generally takes around 2-3 months to get pre-order pins to you guys. Make sure to keep an eye on our instagram and twitter for updates on the production status for pins in production!
I've pre-ordered [insert pin] from you guys but I've changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
Short answer: no. Please understand that by cancelling your order, you make it harder for pins to get put into production, because we have to refund you money that has been set aside to pay our manufacturer. BE 100% SURE YOU ARE WILLING TO WAIT IF YOU PRE-ORDER FROM US! If you do not want to commit to the pre-order process, all leftover pins will be placed in our shop to purchase at a date and time that will be announced on our social media accounts.
